1. General
HK Medical Pvt. Ltd. operates as a specialized direct importer, biomedical service provider, and distributor of high-end medical equipment in Pakistan.
These terms apply to all clinical institutions, private practitioners, and corporate partners.
We reserve the right to update these terms to remain compliant with international medical standards and local healthcare regulations.
2. Orders & Technical Specifications
All orders are subject to technical confirmation. For heavy machinery (MRI, CT, C-Arm), a site-suitability survey may be required before order finalization.
Prices are quoted in PKR or USD (based on import variables) and are subject to market fluctuations until the final deposit is received.
Quotations provided by HK Medical are valid for the period specified on the official document.
3. Payments & Financial Terms
Payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other officially agreed methods.
Special Import Orders: Require a mandatory advance deposit to initiate procurement from our global partners in the USA, Japan, or Europe.
Equipment remains the property of HK Medical Pvt. Ltd. until the final invoice is settled in full.
4. Delivery & Installation
We provide nationwide delivery and professional installation across Pakistan.
Timeline: Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by international shipping, customs clearance, or site readiness are beyond our control.
Site Readiness: The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the technical requirements (power, shielding, and cooling) provided by our engineers.
5. Engineering Warranty & After-Sales Support
Our after-sales support is supervised by a PhD-qualified Head of Department.
Warranty coverage is specific to the equipment category (Certified Refurbished vs. Brand New).
Exclusions: Warranty is void if the equipment is tampered with by unauthorized technicians or damaged due to improper power supply, environmental negligence, or misuse.
6. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Continuous technical support and preventive maintenance are provided under our structured SLA programs.
Breakdown response times are guaranteed according to the specific tier (Comprehensive or Standard) selected by the facility.
7. Limitation of Liability
HK Medical Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for clinical outcomes or diagnostic interpretations made by medical staff using our equipment.
Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or value of the specific technical unit purchased.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All technical documentation, logos, and digital content associated with HK Medical Pvt. Ltd. are protected. Unauthorized use of our engineering reports or branding is strictly prohibited.
