We understand that medical equipment is a critical investment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is structured to be professional, transparent, and fair.
Items may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of delivery or installation completion, provided that:
The equipment is unused, unaltered, and in its original technical state.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and software licenses are intact.
A valid proof of purchase (Official Invoice/Challan) is provided.
The unit has not been tampered with or serviced by unauthorized third-party engineers.
Note: For hygiene and clinical safety, medical devices that have been opened, used in a clinical setting, or sterilized cannot be returned.
All returned equipment undergoes a rigorous evaluation by our PhD-led engineering team. HK Medical Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
Reject returns that show signs of electrical surge damage, improper handling, or unauthorized calibration.
Apply a restocking fee (up to 20%) for high-value diagnostic machinery to cover logistics and technical recalibration.
Once your return is technically cleared and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
The amount will be refunded via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Initial shipping, installation, and site-survey charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
We provide immediate replacement support in the following cases:
Verified manufacturing defects.
Damage sustained during transit (when handled by our logistics team).
Incorrect model or specification delivered. Requirement: Customers must notify our support desk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence of the defect.
The following categories are strictly non-returnable:
Certified Refurbished Equipment once the installation is finalized and signed off.
Custom-ordered or specialized infrastructure components.
Sterile, single-use, or consumable medical supplies once the seal is broken.
Software licenses or digital diagnostic upgrades once activated.
Orders for standard inventory may be canceled before dispatch.
Special Import Orders: Once a letter of credit (LC) is opened or an international order is placed with our global partners (USA/Japan/Europe), cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the advance deposit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified engineering error by HK Medical.
We strongly recommend using our authorized technicians to de-install and pack heavy machinery to avoid damage during transit.
